Job Description:
• To approach and assess the customer`s needs. • Advise customers on the location, selection, price, use and care of good available from the store, with the aim of encouraging them to have service and rebook it in the future. • Suggest related treatment based on customers main concern; give information about the features and availability of different treatments. • Help customers find the treatments or products they are looking are in the store. • Be initiative to learn medical knowledge, so as to give in-depth technical advice about treatments and products. • Understand practitioners’ ability and health fund information, so as to allocate job properly and with no bias • Make good use of time, manage time wisely and clearly to boost a shop’s turnover amount • Handle practitioner’s health fund receipt reasonably and properly • Advise the customers of information relating to their GV purchase, such as its valid date or how to use it. • Accept correct payment for treatments or goods; operate the EFTPOS system by correct procedure. • Check in goods against delivery notes from head office and order accessory when required. • Maintain accurate stock file information in company computer system. • Keep the store tidy and attractive, maintain a high standard of cleanliness • Set up displays, promotions, posters and window display as required by company. • Make the customers aware of any special offers. • Assist in store stocktaking as required. • Available to carry out any duties/tasks as required by the head office to aid in smooth running of the store. • Attend and present on job training sessions or meetings as required • Ensure company rules are carried out and assist in motivating and developing your team • To maintain the highest level of customer service and ensure that complaints from customers about products or team members are resolved quickly
