We are a leading food processing company located near Yatala. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive Accounts Receivables Officer with good time management skills to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate credit notes for customers;
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts; analyse aging reports and follow debt collection procedures to recover outstanding amount
in a timely manner; - Send statements, invoices and credit notes to customers;
- Manageaccount reconciliations;
- Negotiate with customers to finalise payment of outstanding accounts;
- Make payment arrangement and instalment plans with customers if necessary;
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
Requirements for the successful candidate:
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- At least 1 year accounting experience is preferred;
- Intermediate computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite;
- Pronto system experience would be a bonus however not essential;
- Experience with working to tight deadlines;
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong working relationship;
- Must drive to work;
- Valid working visa
