Air conditioning is installed in the room. You can spend a cool time in Hot weather.
3. Personal room key
A door key of the room is offered to increase personal security.
4. Unlimited NBN internet wifi (Average internet speed 50.0 Mbit/s)
5. Public Transports
There is a bus stop to take 3 minutes on walk from the house and 26 minutes on bus to Riverlink Shopping Center. (# Personal car can be parked on the street in front of the house)

Kitchenwares, dish and laundry detergents, cleaning products and detergent are offered.
