Key Responsibilities

• Understand the menu, offer suggestions, and up-sell food and beverage items;
• Light cooking may be required, training will be provided;
• Ensure correct pack down procedures are followed;
• Look after guest inquiries in a professional manner;
• Re-stock fridges to par levels, store and ensure the outlet is correctly stocked in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines.
  

You will:

• Be available to work weekends, public holidays and split shifts for lunch and dinner service
• Be an excellent and confident communicator
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Be organised and have an eye for detail
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanour
• Be dedicated to providing 5 star customer service with flair & showmanship
• Take pride in personal presentation and hygiene
