Seeking Front Desk Staff to work at Apartment Hotel

Front Desk Receptionist position available

We are currently looking for someone dedicated and committed to work in our serviced apartment front desk/reception in inner Brisbane for 2-3 days per week including weekends.

You will need to have:

•        Fluency in speaking, confidence and always providing a friendly service with a smile.
•        Cheerful and outgoing personality, happy to talk to our guests at all times.
•        Ability to work unsupervised.
•        Time management and organisational skills.
•        Attention to detail and work under pressure.
•        Take initiative and be motivated to deliver a great customer service experience.

Experience and qualifications in Hotel Management, Business Management, Advertising preferred but not essential.

Candidates with similar experience or understanding of Hotel operations/software/online booking agency knowledge will take priority.

Key responsibilities:

•        Performing all duties associated with day to day operations of front desk, invoicing, suppliers, social media, adhering to our policies and procedures and performing everything in a helpful, friendly and professional demeanour.
