This is an interesting and varied role best suited to an applicant with:

• conveyancing experience an advantage;
• advanced Microsoft Office skills;
• confidence in administrative tasks;
• highly motivated and proactive;
• ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Phone call manner
  

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• providing secretarial assistance to the Principal and two Senior Associates;
• maintaining own conveyancing files (with supervision as required);
• general office and file management tasks;
• assisting clients with enquiries.
