澳洲新交規

2015年，新的交通法規已經出台，很多之前不以為然的違規現在也開始扣分了！更加嚴重的是各項違規的罰金也提高了~小夥伴們出行需要謹慎駕駛啦~下面小編帶著大家看一看新交規具體的內容

開車時使用電子產品——罰款$415，扣4分

要求：無論是駕駛員或者副駕駛，都不可以使用電子產品，但可以使用支架或藍牙使用。

PS：千萬不要用手碰手機，對於非Full Licence的朋友，藍牙和支架也是不可以的

請問有沒有人知道副駕駛座不得用手機這條法律的出處?

我到處都找不到這一條款,副駕駛座不能用手機好像不大合乎邏輯吧

QLD的交规没有此项说明。
可以去政府网站看，昆州的最新版本交规是2010年版的。

这个肯定假的，副驾没有理由不能用手机。前几天我副驾用GPS导航给主驾看（等红灯时），旁边开过一个警车，打开窗子问我们要去哪里，告诉她后，她让我们跟着她的车，带我们开一段路。

Mobile phone restrictions

Using a mobile phone held in your hand while driving is illegal. If you need to use your mobile phone, pull over and park in a safe place first.

P1 licence holders are not allowed to use:

hands-free kits
wireless handsets
loudspeaker functions.
These restrictions don’t apply to P2 licence holders but they can only use a hand-held mobile phone if they have pulled over and parked in a safe place.

This table explains the mobile phone restrictions for P1 licence holders.

Licence type and age Hands-free Wireless headsets Mobile phone on speaker setting
P1 licence holder under 25 Not allowed Not allowed Not allowed
P1 probationary licence holder Not allowed Not allowed Not allowed
Passengers of a P1 licence holder who is under 25 Allowed Allowed Not allowed

If you are a P1 licence holder and a passenger is on a call, they cannot use loudspeaker as this may distract you while you are driving.

Using a mobile phone in your hands is illegal if you are driving—this includes when you are stopped at traffic lights and includes making and receiving calls or texting.

You can get a fine and have 3 demerit points recorded against your traffic history.

From 1 September 2015, double demerit points will apply for second or subsequent mobile phone offences committed by drivers within 1 year of an earlier offence.

没有说副驾驶的事情。
