想移民的朋友,如果本科非澳洲学历,请尽量申请能通过ASA评估的课程.
ASA资格是Enrol考CPA Program的前提,前者未完成,后者不能考,2者也不能同时进行.

阿德雷德地区:

1.福林德斯大学，这是由阿大分出的一部分校区而建立起来的学校.四星学校
   没有硕士方向的会计，本科是有会计的。
   语言要求为:6. 不多说了.

2.阿德雷德大学：五星学校

   语言要求:六分.
   满足移民条件的会计相关专业:Master of finance and accounting学制为2年
   其他会计专业:Master of commerce(accounting) 学制为1.5年
   学费18000每年，生活费12000每年，总共30000每年，两年大约为60000澳币．
   有50%的学费减免奖学金，名额非常少竞争非常激烈，希望渺小．
   申请费是50澳币．
   偏远地区有5分移民加分．

   工作问题比较麻烦，阿州失业率高，老龄化问题严重．但是一般的PART-TIME JOB还是可以的，所以对于想打工的同学来说影响不大.
   毕业PR后，可以在其他城市找工作，但是竞争力就不好说了.关键还是看你自己学的怎么样吧.
   夏天比较热，但总的温度还可以．
   2年的专业才开始不久，不如南澳的时间长，所以本地就业认同度不高．
   2007年有三门课程有调整,更加符合CPA要求,但是根据CA同学的分析帖子他少了一门课程，不过可以放到后面CPA考试中去。
由于该专业开设时间比较短，目前没有具体就业的信息。推荐程度为四星。

3.南澳大学: 三星
   语言要求雅思6.5分
   学费12600澳币每年,相对很便宜.生活费12000澳币.总费用为24600*2=49200澳币
   UNisa的master of bussiness ( accountancy)对于国际学生可以为两年，在后面帖子中有深入讨论请查询。
   会计专业也是两年的．满足移民要求．
   偏远地区有移民加分．
   会计课程有悠久的历史，一起实用性和灵活性受到大家欢迎
   失业率问题，在南澳的工作都不太好找，但是PART-TIME还是挺容易的．
从移民角度来说，我认为他的费用是非常实惠的，我个人推荐：五星。

另一种观点：
南澳大学问题，我的看法是不值。所谓1年12600的超性价比，是建立在1.5年课程拖成2年课程的基础上的。
如果南澳提供的是2年的16门课程，学费12600，我也很赞的。但是他是1。5年的课程拉成2年的，这是问题的关键。
如果一定要拉2年这么读，雪大也没比他贵几W，名气和实力的差距却很大。
我觉得出国留学几十W都花了，却省这么点银子，不太符合逻辑。
我觉得南澳大学之所以弄这个说法，无非是想吸引人来读，他没什么吸引人的地方，还不想便宜，就来这手，不太好。
为什么墨大敢2年30W学费，吃准了再贵也有的是人来，你不去别人抢着要去呢。而墨尔本理工之流，只能用奖学金吸引人去，还不见得有人去。
而南澳大学，不过把别人没明说的话明说了就拿来当广告。。。雪大今年不也说了1。5年的MPA不可以COMBINE但是可以拖成2年么。
1年半拖成2年，现在是可以移民，但是以后谁也不知道，移民局一直没个明确的说法。
2年在16个月读完，算满足2年政策，没记错的话这是移民局在05年9月公布的新政策，明确而且很明白的说明白了这一点，那么不管哪个大学的在移民局注册是2年的会计硕士课程，在16个月内读完，都满足2年政策。这是符合逻辑而且已经很明了的事实。
本来准备写悉尼地区的，但是学校太多。
还是先写塔斯马尼亚地区的学校，当调节下。

塔斯马尼亚大学：三星

语言要求：6分

无申请费，接受网申。

会计有两年课程，该课程名字为MPAS，master of professional accounting (specialisation)
MPA这个课程是1.5年的，MPAS比MPA多半年，多四门选修课程．
这两个专业都可以给没有会计专业背景的本科生上，如果要移民的话要选择两年的课程，
如果你不幸选错了，没关系你可以转到MPAS，学分互相承认。

费用便宜．塔大是16000澳币每年，加上生活费7500每年，为23500一年，两年下来为47000澳币．大约29万人民币．
同时平均分85以上可以有25%学费减免，没有限制。其实有时候83的平均也可以申请到也。
就相当于只有12000的学费和南澳大学一样。

偏远地区有加分．

孤岛，鲁宾迅一般的生活．

如果不能移民，回国前途暗淡．

个人意见：
如果为了移民和节约钱，这个一个很好的选择，如果你还有25%的奖学金的话，诱惑是比较大的。
问题还是名气不大的问题。。。。。。。矛盾啊。
悉尼地区的大学（按时来交作业）
写悉尼地区的学校无非有点自不量力，也很容易被骂。
1.悉尼大学。
The University of Sydney
课程名称：Master of Professional Accounting
课程长度：1.5年
语言：6.5

每年学费：23520澳元（2007年）
无论在名气上还是在以后的就业上，悉尼大学都是非常优秀的学校之一。
其实我个人觉得他的会计是非常实惠的，因为只有1.5年的时间，如果折算下来，他的学费比我前面提到的学校高不了多少，甚至更少。
但是这也是他的问题所在，只有1.5年，不够2年的移民条件。
大多有两个方法：一是再读一个学位。或者拖时间。
目前来说拖时间没有任何问题，但是对于以后的情况来说，我个人觉得再读一个学位更稳当。如果可以免修很多课程就很划算了。

一个五星的牛校，我还能说什么呢？因为你优秀，或者因为这就是悉尼大学。赞赞赞。

2.新南威尔士

可能是因为悉尼大学的存在，我个人以为同样的价格选择下，我更喜欢悉尼大学。
当然我完全没有贬低这个学校，因为他也是同样优秀的五星学校。

PS:说明下，对于5星的学校，CPA，ASA都是没有什么问题的，
但是特别注意：
The University of Western Australia  所在城市：Perth
从2007年7月开始提供认证课程。

3.麦考瑞大学。卖烤肉大学。（我的最爱）
Macquarie University. 所在地区：悉尼大学
每次查询这个学校的网址的时候我都会看到一个破折号 Australia`s Innovative University
虽然这个学校学科并不全，但是和我的本科母校一样，有自己最优势的科目：商科。
我一直认为读商科，MQ是一个很好的选择。当然MQ对于想偷懒或者混的学生来说，的确是非常困难的，
但是如果你真的很混，估计什么学校都不能毕业吧，废话少说，给出信息。
语言要求：6.5分

在此附上一位在MQ读书的同学对悉尼大学和MQ的比较
    首先,这两所学校作为比较知名的大学,肯定是各位有志于攻读会计的同学的首选,因此申请的人非常多(我也是其中之一,两所学校都录取了,我最后选了mq),所以两者的共同点是学会计的大多数是中国人,幻想着想要过来与foreigner一起同堂学习的朋友恐怕要失望了,不过练习英语可以靠在打工接触社会方面弥补,大家也不用过于担心了,毕竟如果想要提高英语水平机会还是很多的,关键是你自己够不够主动.
    下面就说一下两者的区别吧.最明显的不同就是入读时间.syd是1.5年的,而mq是2.5年的.在mq前1.5年读完研究生课程,后1年是用来考澳洲cpa的,这时候学校后开设课程帮助你参加考试.而且由于mq和cpa建立了相关机制,所以在mq考cpa评分是学校占60%,而cpa机构占40%.所以如果你在平时认真学习通过学校开设的课程后,通过cpa应该并不困难的.另外读了这个专业以后如果还考英国的ACCA的话还可以免试Level 1和Level 2的部分,直接进入Level 3了,爽吧.当然,syd的专业应该也有这样的待遇.
    此外,syd读完1.5后取得硕士学位,而mq仅发给你文凭,只有在你2.5后通过cpa的6门考试中的5门后才能取得学位,另外一门考试是你毕业后自己去考的.所以这其中有一定风险,当然高风险就可能获得高收益,如果你顺利通过所有考试的话拿到的就是硕士学位加cpa证书了,相信这对你今后的职场发展非常有利.

由于我没有墨尔本大学地区学校的就业信息，不能对学校进行具体推荐，但是我会把我认为的信息点用红色字给大家提示。
1. 墨尔本大学: 五星
   语言要求:6.5分.
   由于墨尔本大学对学生的平均分要求相对比较高,在这里简单介绍下他的平均分的计算制度:
   墨尔本大学不算第一学年的成绩，按照后面三年已有的成绩进行简单平均，据招生人员介绍介绍，之所以不算第一学年的成绩，是因为考虑到学生从高中到大学需要一个适应变化的过程，第一年是个过渡期，故不视为正常的学业表现。
   课程名称：Master of Applied Commerce (Accounting)
   课程长度：2年
   开学日期：2月 7月
   每年学费：24950澳元（2007年）应该是我知道最贵的学费了.
   生活费预计为:14000澳元
   24950+14000=38950 (*2=77900)
   我个人觉得太贵了，但是谁叫他的排名很高呢.
   墨尔本地区初了学费贵,其他地方真的挑不出什么毛病,不过悉尼也可以和他竞争一下.主要是看你喜欢那个城市而已.
   但是悉尼大学现在会计是1.5年,和移民要求差0.5年，要不就是拖课程,要不就是加一个学位.我个人觉得麻烦.
   同时课程是CPA认证的.

2.墨尔本皇家理工大学 RMIT 四星学校。

  这也是CPA认证的课程。
其实从我个人的角度来说，我是非常赞莫那什大学的会计的，为什么？因为那是MONASH UNIVERSITY。
应该说不管从就业上还是学到的东西来说，莫那什都是一个不错选择，没有墨尔本的高调，但是踏踏实实培养自己的学生。
还想多说的是关于他的录取标准：有人说他的会计需要78左右的平均211，至少。但是我也有朋友75分申请到的，
可以说相对墨尔本来说他的入学是比较灵活的，反正有意去的同学就早申请吧。
缺点就是太贵了。

5.维多利亚大学.
其实很主观的说，我是不推荐这个学校的，原因大家都知道。但是为了完整性还是补充好。
我个人觉得他不好的原因很简单，网页就做的很简单。。。。。。

澳洲会计移民及申请CPA资格简介及答疑


现今会计是唯一能拿60+15移民分的商科专业,所以一直是澳洲移民的热门专业.看到网上很多朋友问着重复的问题,所以一直想一贴关于澳洲CPA和会计移民,希望能帮到需要的朋友.

澳洲CPA是澳洲3大会计机构之一,也是其中一家有资格评估会计移民分的机构.去澳洲读会计的,多数都是冲着移民分去的，所以一个课程能否满足澳洲CPA所要求的课程是非常重要的.澳洲CPA对于申请人能否得到60分移民分的评估课程如下:

要成为一个Full membership Australian CPA 可以分为几个阶段.大家可参考下面这个网页

要成为Full member CPA 必须先成为一名 ASA, 也就是 Associate membership cpa, 要成为ASA必须通过澳洲CPA要求的14门学历要求,这14门课其中12门和移民要求的课程相同,另外曾加了Professional and Regulatory Process和Corporations Law.

一旦申请人符合ASA以后,就可以开始考CPA Program 要求的6科考试. 这6科主要包括如下:

要成为Full member CPA 必须通过3科Compulsory Papers 和另选3科 Elective Papers. 大家要注意的是,这6科所要求的,并不是ASA里的课程,eg: Taxation并不是 ASA里的 Taxation Law.

申请人除了完成学历要求以外,也要满足3年的Mentor Program.
在完成了以上要求后,申请人就能成为一名Full membership 澳洲CPA了。值得一提的是，很多朋友来澳洲都是直接读Master课程.如果申请1人已经符合了澳洲CPA的ASA要求.那么他也可以在读硕士课程的同时完成这6科,但是不是每个硕士课程都有这6门课的,所以大家在申请前,还是要查清课程设置.

寄托三剑客之”哈尔滨教育展归来，墨尔本大学MAC之AD，兼会计社工澳洲留学答疑贴”

17号参加了哈尔滨的教育展，和大家分享下感受。

整个展厅一堆的学校，好多的金玉其外，败絮其中的大学。我就是冲着墨尔本大学去的。大家看到美女看看就算了，不要被迷惑过去，容易被忽悠，当然前提是你能听懂嘻嘻～

总体的程序是这样的。首先是英语交流，递交准备好的雅思成绩，大学本科成绩，在读证明，申请表。建议自己在网上打印一份添好了带过去。

墨尔本大学明显比别的学校正式很多，也比较严格。我的成绩单他们拿过去当场重新核算平均分，是算术平均，去除大一的成绩。

墨尔本大学来的官员拿出一个册子，上面有中国所有的211大学的名单，让我指出我的学校。我的本科成绩是81％，过关。

雅思成绩要求最好过，而且要注意最低项不要低于6，否则就会有问题。

我本科不是会计，他们问我为什么转专业。然后还问了几个问题，还好我口语苦练过，勉强过关。我的感觉就是说实话，人家都是明白人。

墨尔本大学来的几个人都不太通中文，我自愿给他们当免费翻译，他们开始拒绝，还以为我要钱。。。不过后来明白我自愿当个volunteer,他们很开心，还送我个小礼物。

其他的还申请个MELBOURNE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,MPA，有奖学金，免学费，毕业安排工作。这个学校我听都没听过，我只知道RMIT,不知道这个学校，虽然承诺毕业给包工作，但是我还是比较疑虑吧。

我认为待人真诚，助人为乐比较好。墨尔本大学来的人随着我和他们交流的深入，对我的态度明显变得非常友善。也许老外很夸张，但是面对老外的夸奖，我还是蛮开心。

墨尔本大学2年硕士，保证金是45W，他们亲口告诉我的，还用计算器给我算，应该没错了。

大家有什么问题尽管问，我潜水N久，我明白的一定解答。

555,求精要加内容，我总结一下吧：

1. 去教育展一定要有目的性，最好进去就直奔目标，这样才能确保得到你想要的东西。

2. 墨尔本大学是免除第一年成绩的，如果是大四在读，就只算大2大3的。大1全部不保留，不管什么高数之类的。当场直接算，我看她只看我成绩不看科目的。

3. 面试事先打好草稿最好。很多问题都是事先能想到的，比如为什么选择这个专业？为什么选择墨尔本大学？

4. 面试的英语口语问题。我认为，越自然越好。要习惯用英语表达自己心中的感受。越这样你越流利。说错不要紧，只要对方明白你的意思就可以。

5. 墨尔本大学的2年会计，念完了ACCA免试9门，我在ACCA官方网站上查的，我以我的RP担保～！我个人认为如果是拿下ACCA加上墨尔本大学的硕士文凭，回国也可以有找到好工作的机会。
附ACCA官方网站对MAC免试的解释：
1. Students are required to have sat and passed ALL of the following modules to qualify for maximum exemption:

2. Students who have passed any of the qualifying modules by advanced standing will be considered for maximum exemption on a case by case basis.

3. Maximum exemption applies to students who have sat and passed all modules at the home campus of the awarding institution in Australia for at least the second and final years of their qualification.

6 .雅思成绩，不但要注意总分，最低分数也要注意，如果不满足，用墨尔本大学的人的原话，there is a problem.

7. 小技巧，你可以自愿先替人家当免费翻译，博得好感。他们不怎么会中文的，教育展又来很多家长，所以～如何让人家对你善意，先拿出诚意来～

8. 我的感觉，墨尔本大学，211，平均分80，非211，平均分85，人家会考虑的。另外，没有雅思成绩也可以先申请，和英国一样。

9. 我的建议是，如果想利用移民局16个月满足2年政策这一政策，去deakin，它有1年3学期的课程。如果想无风险移民，名气和学费比较平衡，阿大是不二选择。如果有拿PR后读会计博士的打算，UQ的2年的会计硕士是不错的选择。如果就是想移民，去tasmania U领略壮美风光和享受25％免学费的奖学金是最爽的感受，也是唯一可以利用打工把学费和生活费都赚回来的选择（超牛打工仔就不算了。。。如果你做臭豆腐能做到澳洲人吃到疯狂。。。那。。。摆地摊去，包你发财。。。）。MQ是一年3次开学,1,5,8月,毕业CPA＋硕士文凭，回国也可以吓唬人滴,悉尼大学目前的1.5年的MPA不适合移民,准备回国的可以考虑.不过USYD教的简单考试难的做法有赚挂科费嫌疑;墨尔本大学的会计硕士,"名"+"贵"－2007年7月19日更新

10.我拿到的墨大的OFFER上，没有DEADLINE，只要还有位置，OFFER就有效，就算没位置，大不了延期就可以了。

11.南澳大学问题，我的看法是不值。所谓1年12600的超性价比，是建立在1.5年课程拖成2年课程的基础上的。如果南澳提供的是2年的16门课程，学费12600，我也很赞的。但是他是1。5年的课程拉成2年的，这是问题的关键。如果一定要拉2年这么读，雪大也没比他贵几W，名气和实力的差距却很大。我觉得出国留学几十W都花了，却省这么点银子，不太符合逻辑。
我觉得南澳大学之所以弄这个说法，无非是想吸引人来读，他没什么吸引人的地方，还不想便宜，就来这手，不太好。

要说便宜，我可以给大家提下MIT，墨尔本理工学院。我今年去参加了哈尔滨教育展,拿到个所谓的墨尔本理工大学的OFFER,是会计,CPA认证,2年,居然还给我奖学金,还告诉我,拿到奖学金的,毕业了学校给安排工作...这个学校,连1星都不是,根本不在中国教育部承认的澳洲大学名单里.但是它在澳洲政府承认的大学名单里,有CPA认证,可以考CPA,学费呢,第一年12000,我有奖学金,免除25%,另外第2年学费全免,毕业学校在自己拥有股份的银行或宾馆安排工作,我问了下,大概是理财师之类的.

的确便宜，但是为什么会计都给奖学金，无非因为他招不到人，没办法。给奖学金的门槛多高呢，平均分75。。。是，这个大学读完了回国没用，不过南澳大学读完了回国一个待遇吧。。。

为什么墨大敢2年30W学费，吃准了再贵也有的是人来，你不去别人抢着要去呢。而墨尔本理工之流，只能用奖学金吸引人去，还不见得有人去。而南澳大学，不过把别人没明说的话明说了就拿来当广告。。。雪大今年不也说了1。5年的MPA不可以COMBINE但是可以拖成2年么。


2年政策简单的说，就是每个课程都有个CRICOS，这个是课程在移民局注册的号码。如果注册的时候是大于96周，就满足2年政策。否则就不满足。还有一个满足条件就是这个课程最少也要在16个月之内完成。

12.如果资金不是很充裕，建议阿大或者UQ，这些大学的门槛不高。阿大1年18000AUD，UQ是9880AUD一学期，将近2W AUD一年。

13.我个人觉得如果不在乎钱，喜欢安静的城市就去墨大，没任何毛病，什么ASA，ACCA免试，名气，CPA认证，通通的没问题。如果在乎钱但是也在乎名气但是不是很喜欢太繁华喧闹的地区而是更喜欢气候更好的城市那么UQ就是首选；如果喜欢繁华城市，在乎名气，学费也能接受那么雪大是最好的选择。如果对自己有信心，想一步到位，对学费比较敏感但是对时间不太敏感那么MQ比较不错。阿大是8大里最便宜也是唯一有地区加分的。

14.我愿意和大家交流，尤其对于不太了解会计的新来的筒子，偶不懂的或者说错的就请D兄，CGW兄，57882674兄指点更正。PS，抬杠谩骂就算了。

15.我的建议是，如果不想移民，还是留国内发展更好，风险更小。如果移民，还是阿大踏实点，如果已经毕业，UQ也是个好选择，如果大四在读，要注意UQ需要的清华认证是很费时间的，虽然传闻有加紧的5天就办完，但是偶没办过，所以不确定
