Job Description
1. Handle quality complaints from clients: Review internal manufacturing process, conduct root cause analysis, and issue non-conformance report. Assist to manage relevant internal processes and staff to rectify the nonconformity. Communicate with customers with findings. Keep tracking the improvement measure, analysis and adjust.
2. Routine quality management: compiling SOP & specification sheet, conducting quality control checks of products, checking quality records and analyze data.
3. Conduct QC procedure and toolbox training for workers, review and evaluate their performances.
4. Assist with other assigned works
