We are a leading food processing company located near Yatala. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive Accounts Receivables Officer with good time management skills to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Generate credit notes for customers;
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts; analyse aging reports and follow debt collection procedures to recover outstanding amount
in a timely manner;
Send statements, invoices and credit notes to customers;
Manageaccount reconciliations;
Negotiate with customers to finalise payment of outstanding accounts;
Make payment arrangement and instalment plans with customers if necessary;
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Requirements for the successful candidate:

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
At least 1 year accounting experience is preferred;
Intermediate computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite;
Pronto system experience would be a bonus however not essential;
Experience with working to tight deadlines;
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong working relationship;
Must drive to work;
Valid working visa
