Duties include butnot limited to:
· General Admin Duties by working with staff
· Telephone operations and emails management
· Data entry and bookkeeping work
· Backup front desk duties
· Meeting and greeting clients
· General support to staff as required
Skills Required:
· Friendly & positive attitude
· Willingness to learn
· High Attention to detail
· Fluent in English is necessary
· Mandarin speaking and writing will be advantageous
· Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office, includingExcel.
· Background knowledge in accounting and MYOB will be an advantage butnot essential and the professional training will be provided.
· Admin experience or similar position
