About the JOB: Due to businessexpansion, we are seeking a full-time Administrative /Marketing Coordinator in Brisbaneoffice to join our professional team.

Daily roles and responsibilities include:

Overall responsibility for company administration

Oversee day to day officeoperations, monitoring incoming calls and responding to enquiries

Correspondence management includingmanaging the flow of hard copy written communication and electroniccommunication

Company event management, travel coordinationand bookings

Data entry and system maintain

Asset registration and management

Support actively all the relevant promotion

Conducting marketing campaigns withmarketing manager

Contributing to communication andmedia strategy, especially new media channels

Writing articles for media,newsletters and website

Preparing for and organizingmarketing events

Establishing and maintainingcooperation with Student Unions /Industrial partners

Assisting with database managementand analyses

Ideal applicants:

Demonstrated ability to communicateeffectively to achieve results

Highly efficientand attention to detail

High level of problem solving andnegotiation skills

Have excellent written and spokencommunication skills in English

Fluency in English and Chinese

Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint applications

Relevant counseling experience mostpreferred
