小弟UQ新生，在LAWS1100 的第一个作业感到的疑问

Strict adherence to the rules of court procedure, particularly the rules of evidence, are usually justified by the claim that it is better that a guilty person walk free than that an innocent person be imprisoned unjustly. Do you agree with this claim? Why do you agree, or why do you not agree?
