上次我帶了一個回來，就是外表看上去是一支筆的那種，在機場就給沒收了。還好只是給了個警告，說是下次要罰$200.

呵呵，消消气，用不着恼羞成怒啊。即便你是干保安的或者是城管，也不用这么大火气。
不是说打不死人的东西就是合法的。澳洲这个地方很滑稽，弹弓、BB枪这些我们国内的‘玩具’，在这里都是‘武器’。我在legear买的ASP甩棍，也要借用朋友的执照，这个你应该明白。
自己不懂法律，别人告诉你，你还不谦虚。
你自己犯法也就算了，最好别连累你朋友。

首先根据昆士兰武器法规定，催泪瓦斯属于攻击性武器，目前全昆拥有催泪的只有警察部门和部分安全部门。
然后我再回答你，你是根本买不到的，除了非法渠道。
还有，你说自己用过，那你应该很清楚，催泪瓦斯如果对人脸连续喷射5秒以上会对呼吸道系统和眼睛有极大的伤害，严重者可能导致死亡。

pepper spray is illegal in Queensland. It is classified as a restricted weapon and can only be used and carried by police officers and correctional personnal. This restriction has recently been extended to allow Navy sailors to use capsicum spray to temporarily disable illegal fishermen.
