The house is in a quiet neighbourhood on Brisbane's Southside. It is close and within walking distance to the Garden City Shopping Centre and the restaurants and shops at Sunnybank.
Bus stop is about a 3 minute walk away and the bus (Bus 150) goes straight to Brisbane CBD. For car drivers, the location is very close to the M1 & M3 highways.
Room is located on the ground floor of a two story house. Room faces the backyard.
Share the house with only 2-3 other people.
Full access to kitchen and living Room. Car park available in the front yard.
